What to expect
Each session begins with a brief conversation about what you are currently experiencing and any intentions you would like to bring into the space.
You will then lay comfortably, as I intuitively work with your energetic field, drawing upon Source Light, Reiki, and Quantum energy-healing practices to support you.
Your session may also include intuitive insights or spiritual guidance that arise naturally during our time together.
We conclude with time to gently ground, reflect, and integrate your experience.
