I came across Lisa on social media and I remember the song in her voice and my internal call to know more. I have never regretted following her journey which prompted me to dive deeper into my own journey.
2020 through 2021 was a crazy year of realization, grounding, shedding layers and moving forward for me, all while I was honoring the past experiences that had started to resurface, including severe emotional and psychological abuse in my last relationship.

Working one on one served me much more understanding, clarity and progress then I had found when working with traditional therapy. I am so grateful for the work we did to manifest! I was seeking a relationship that would be fulfilling and supportive and now I have it! I am currently going into my 6th month in a healthy relationship that I believe is promising.
