Hi, I’m Lisa!
I'm an Intuitive Spiritual Guide & Teacher, Manifestation Mentor, Usui & Karuna Reiki Master, Quantum Energy Healer, and Sacred Transformation Facilitator.
For nearly twenty years I have explored the intersection of spirituality, psychology, energy, manifestation, embodiment, and conscious living as means of living holistically healthy, harmonious, and well.
Today, I weave my education, sacred practice, and lived experience together to help people bridge the gap between where they are now and the desires their heart is calling them towards.
Intentional manifestation, following my heart, listening to my intuition, receiving divine guidance from spirit ⎯ is how I live.
Manifestation isn't just a cool trend to me ... it's a lifestyle.
I've always experienced life differently.
From a young age, I felt like an old soul ⎯ curious, highly intuitive, and deeply connected to the unseen. While I struggled to fully understand where I belonged, something within me always knew there was more to life than what appeared on the surface.
Even before I had language for it, I felt called toward healing, spirituality, personal growth, and living a deeply meaningful life.
Around the age of sixteen, two profound spiritual experiences ⎯ including direct communication with the Holy Spirit and hearing the words "You are made for more.' became defining moments in my life.
Those experiences awakened something I could never unknow. They began a lifelong journey of healing, spiritual devotion, self-discovery, and remembering who I truly am.
Over the years, that journey has led me through seasons of extraordinary growth. I've explored healing through spirituality, psychology, nervous system work, somatic practices, energy healing, manifestation, meditation, intuition, and conscious creation.
Every experience, beautiful and painful alike ⎯ has become part of the foundation from which I now serve.
Transformation and my personal evolution isn't something I discovered overnight.
It has been lived ⎯ one choice, one lesson, one season at a time.
Through low self-esteem, self worth, and toxic relationships ⎯ into more confidence, inner strength and healthy, reciprocal, respectful, and prosperous relationship dynamics.
Through perfectionism, people-pleasing, and fear of expression ⎯ into having more pride in my uniqueness, respectful assertiveness, harmonious boundaries, and freely allowing myself to BE ME.
Through life challenges, healing traumas, depression, and anxiety ⎯ into more peace, calm, joy, and fulfillment.
Through pressure, force, limited conditioning, and rigid scheduling ⎯ into more ease, pleasure, trust, flow, abundance, vitality, and infinite possibilities.
Manifestation, my relationship with myself, my soul, my intuition, and the Divine Source of all that is LOVE ⎯
have been my grounding force and my guiding light.
Today, I live a life that once existed only as a quiet hope inside my heart.
A thriving marriage.

A beautiful, comfortable, spacious home.

Quality time with family.
Simple feel good pleasures.
Time in nature.

and the divine delight of waking each day, knowing I get to share the work I love while making a positive difference in our world, in joy.

Over the past 20 years I have devoted myself to studying, practicing, embodying, and facilitating transformational work across spiritual, energetic, psychological, and somatic modalities. I am also a naturally born quantum and multi-dimensional Spiritual Intuitive Channel, Psychic Seer, and Empath — with Clairaudient, Clairvoyant, Clair-sentient, and Clair-cognizant abilities.

Everything I offer is rooted in love, service, spiritual devotion, lived experience, and the belief that transformation occurs from within ⎯ the moment we decide to enhance the quality of our life.
