• Please plan to be 10-15 minutes early to allow for time to settle in before we begin. 

• Please plan to be PRESENT for the entirety of our 90 Minute Sacred Experience together

• Bring a yoga mat and a Pillow, blanket, or whatever will support you in feeling comfortable as you lay down and receive. 

• Bring Water to stay hydrated 

• You may also want to bring a Journal, Pen, Crystals, or any other Spiritual Support items that call to you. 

• Have an open mind, an open heart, and an intention for what you desire to receive. (This can be general or specific!) 

• I encourage you to release expectations and surrender to the Loving Divine Intelligence, Channeled transmissions and Sound Vibrations you are going to receive

• The energy within this Channeled Experience will flow where it needs to flow in order to support, nourish, move, clear, heal, alchemize, open, and amplify YOUR VIBRATION ; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR HIGHEST GOOD AND HIGHEST PATH FORWARD.
