Find yourself in a comfortable space where you can lay down to receive. 

Have Water close by to stay hydrated 

You may also want to have a Journal, Pen, Crystals, or any other Spiritual Support items that call to you. 

 

Have an open mind, an open heart, and an intention for what you desire to receive. (This can be general or specific!) 

 

I encourage you to release expectations and surrender to the Loving Divine Intelligence, Channeled transmissions and Sound Vibrations you are going to receive

 

The Energies will flow where they needs to flow in order to support, nourish, move, clear, heal, alchemize, open, and amplify YOUR MULTIDIMENSIONAL FIELD; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR INTENTIONS, HIGHEST GOOD AND HIGHEST PATH FORWARD.
