with each piece of the content, practice, and Ritual, allowing yourself to process and integrate

 fully before moving along.

THE CHAKRA ALCHEMY PROCESS

STEP 1:

Listen to the Chakra Video Lesson

​

STEP 2: 

Do the Releasing & Healing Prompts for that particular Chakra. 

 Listen to the guided journaling practice before you journal out your answers. .

​

Return to this guidance before answering each question

if you find yourself getting out of a flow writing state OR if you find yourself logically trying to answer from the conscious mind.  

​

STEP 3: 

Do the Activation Prompts for that particular Chakra. 

 Listen to the guided journaling practice before you journal out your answers. .

​

Return to this guidance before answering each question

if you find yourself getting out of a flow writing state OR find yourself logically trying to answer from the conscious mind.

NOTE:

If the Chakra has an accompanying guided meditation with it, 

 do that after this step and before you move on to Step 4. 

​

STEP 4: 

Watch & follow along with the Guided Chakra Alchemy Ritual Video for that Chakra. 

​

STEP 5: 

Practice the associated Chakra Alchemy Ritual for at least 1 week. 

(( it is best to practice once or more per day)) 

You can work with each Chakra Alchemy Ritual as long as you feel called/guided.

There is no need to rush your transformation.

Go at your own pace, allow yourself to integrate, 

AND ALSO

 commit to moving forward through each of the Chakra Centers and 

the full process for the best results!

STEP 6:

Repeat steps 1-5 for Each Chakra Center, in order!

( Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown, Soul Star)  

​

ADDITIONAL NOTES! 

 Once you have completed all Chakra Lessons, and are utlizing all 8 Rituals, 

You can mix/match, stack, combine, and flow with them however it feels good to you!

Let your intuition guide you.  I also added a BONUS of Additional Affirmations attached

at the bottom of this Portal Page, after all Videos & PDF buttons.

When I stack the Rituals, I either start at the Root and do them all in consecutive order to the Soul Star, OR I start at the Soul Star and work my way down to the Root. 

​

Other days/Weeks when there is something specific I am working through within a Chakra Center,

I will just focus on that one Chakra Ritual for the time being until I feel called to move along. 

​

I also return to the lessons and journaling practices as I am guided to, when certain themes arise and I am ready to go deeper and expand higher on my journey through this work.

​

This is designed to grow WITH YOU and support you along your path at each new level.
